I contacted TOP SPOT and honestly I was trying just to talk to some one to sep up a time to meet and explain my needs but the only way to do that is getting a form filled out and submit the form and then they will call you, is it too hard to write down my info and pass it to the right person? I had the impression that the lady who answered my call didn’t want to help, she was firm that there is only one way , I disagree that there’s only one way to do this. They forgot that there are some old school people that are not into technology. They should have options.
